This group of Burton-influenced bakers was really active last Halloween time. Right now there's not much going on at the website, but the Facebook page has lots of interesting and recent posts of baked goods based on Tim Burton movies.

This electro coldwave band is from Verona, Italy. Their music features male and female vocals. I particularly enjoy this male vocalist's voice. Their next big gig will be at Death Disco in Athens, Greece in late June.

The Parlour Trick

This Oakland, California-based group specializes in "haunted chamber music and dark, dreamy ambience." Their first full-length release is called "A Blessed Unrest." Check out their video, "Half Sick of Shadows."

A goth rock band from Huddersfield in the UK. Their next live gig will be on June 14 in Worcester. I like reading their Facebook posts because you can tell how passionate they are about music.

This horror/science fiction magazine website is badly in need of a logo and a redesign. That said, the content here is fantastic and well worth your time to check out. Issue 67 features several short stories and a poem. My favorite story in this issue is "Homeless." You can visit the back issue archives here.
