New Goth and Dark Links for October 2, 2012

HALLOWEEN AND HAUNTED HOUSES:

The Ghostess' very large site with DIY and home haunting resources and projects. Lots of work went into this site. You can browse her archive of past efforts from 2011 way back through 1999.

GOTHIC LOLITA:

Carnivale Salt

This is one of the more sophisticated Loli blogs I've seen lately. Lady Salt shares her recent outfits (always lovely); shares her passion for lost little dolls; and provides a helpful wardrobe wrangling guide for alternative fashion.

Loli Library

People upload images of Lolita outfits and clothing here. Clothing can be rated and annotated with true measurements and user reviews. Probably the most useful thing here is the Lolita brand list, which I've used several times in my research as well. There's also a pattern list for Lolita seamstresses.

Ramble Rori

Ramble Rori conducts research into the Lolita sub-culture and its fashions. Currently participating in a Lolita blog carnival; sharing some beautiful Lolita outfits; showcasing Aristocrat boy style and curating lots of fashion pics. Hope this updates more often!

DARK PAGES IN OTHER LANGUAGES:

Nivis-Regnum

The Italian gothic portal. A few months out of date, but I'm hoping they'll keep posting regional goth music events and Italian gothic news.
