DARK ART:
Ken Taylor
Ken Taylor is an Australian professional illustrator with lovely dark sensibilities. I bet you've seen his Beetlejuice poster on Facebook or Tumblr as it made its dark rounds. Don't miss his poster for "Metropolis."
DARK COMICS:
Mary Death
"Don't fear the Reaper." This webcomic follows the adventures of Mary, a young girl who somehow has befriended Death. The comic is updated every few days with a new strip. I like this and think you perhaps will as well.

DARK AND GOTHIC MUSIC:
Red Sun Revival
A goth/alternative rock band from London. They feature male vocals, and a female violin player.
Star Industry
A gothic rock band from Belgium. Their best known song seems to be "Nineties."
DARK SHOPS:
Nina Friday Art
Giclee prints, jewelry and a calendar featuring the big-eye lowbrow art of Nina Friday. My favorite is her depiction of Wednesday Addams.

VonErickson Laboratories
This shop is known for their Stitches and Blood Drip necklaces. (Check out this Blood Drip necklace for example). There are also some intriguing rings and steampunk jewelry pieces here. I like how unique the jewelry here is!

HALLOWEEN:
Church of Halloween
This stunning website features Halloween and dark art related posts, galleries, and really interesting dark finds. There's a section where you can submit your own post, and the tag cloud on the left hand side is full of intriguing things. The site design is striking and professional looking. Prepare to spend quite a bit of time here! Highly recommended.
