Death Salon
Death Salon is a very intriguing and important resource. They have held two Death Salon events, one in the US and one in the UK. They're encouraging people to talk about the taboo topic of death, in a thoughtful, open manner. They're trying to develop community around the topic. See the About Us page for more information. Their blog and Twitter feed are full of useful related information on death, grieving, ritual and culture.

DARK AND GOTHIC BLOGS:
Betties N Brimstone
Jen, Steph and Lisa blog together about retro home decor, DIY, crafts, baking, and vintage. They seem more like tattoo/rockabilly style folks than goths, but I think my goth readers will still enjoy their posts a great deal. Check out their style guide to bangs hairstyles, their Top 5 Kitchen Cheats, and a Vacation Dreams shopping finds post that's fun to browse. They're associated with the Hell Razor Etsy shop.

Cupcakes & Cadavers
Courtney's blog. She recently heard Neil Gaiman at Usher Hall, went to see the National Portrait Gallery of Scotland, and shares pics from her walk exploring Corstophine Tower. I like how many adventures she creates for herself to experience!

Ghost House
It makes my heart swell with a black pride and bleak joy that even tiny Eugene, Oregon can support a goth nightclub. It happens on the first Wednesday of every month.

Goth/Industrial Flyer
This Facebook group encourages you to post your goth/industrial club or event flyer here. Nearly 1000 members have signed up - I wonder how many are there just to promote and how many are there to get info on clubs and events?

HORROR GENRE:
Doctor Macabre's Laboratory
This horror blog focuses on horror Blu-Ray movie news and reviews. These are the most detail-oriented, well written, thoughtful and complete reviews I've seen yet on a horror genre site - good job! They're currently reviewing Deadly Eyes, Curtains, and Anaconda.
