Gothscars 2007 The Academy Awards seem to always shun sci-fi, horror, dark films or movies with a goth flair to them. Our most beloved gothy actors, actresses and films never seem to have a chance to win an Oscar when they deserve one. Too often, fantastic performances, beautifully dark cinematography, haunting makeup, and deliciously stripey costuming are overlooked. Now's our chance to make ourselves heard, and show appreciation for the darker roles, the more morbid films, the more disturbing themed movies of 2007. Vote today for the 2007 Gothscars Awards.
